Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancellation stops future billing according to the billing provider and plan connected to your account.

Why do I not see premium access?

Confirm you are signed in with the same email used at checkout, then contact support if access still does not appear.

Do not send payment details

Sondera support will not ask for full card numbers, passwords, or private banking details.
